Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Grinder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining grinding machines to grind plastic workpieces to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Handle and mix raw materials using establish procedures

- Grinds plastic parts

- Ensures proper storage of raw materials

- Maintains accurate inventory of raw materials

- Breaks down and cleans grinding equipment while following established safety procedures

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complies with job safety practices, policies, and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for safe performance of work assignment.

- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Maintains ISO 9001 procedures and work instructions
- Follows appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP's) as guideline for operating an maintaining equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- 2 years experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills - the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
- Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate using the English language.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
