Graphic Design Manager jobs in Texas

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.

This is a hybrid position with the office located in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).

We are seeking to add a Marketing Design Manager to our team who is passionate about the mission of our company to equip disciples to know and love God’s Word. You should be driven, enthusiastic, and excited about collaborating with The Daily Grace Co. team and knowledgeable in different platforms of graphic design with a focus on social media and marketing design. 

Your passion for detail and organization allows you to manage multiple projects in a timely manner, and you are readily adaptable to the needs of the team. You love exploring new design trends and stretching your abilities as a designer; there is no creative challenge you aren’t willing to overcome. Communication is one of your strong points, as well as being efficient in a fast-paced environment. Your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking will allow you to present TDGC products in a fresh and engaging way. You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with other departments to create and innovate.

Job Qualifications:

• Formal education in graphic design is required for this position. Bachelor's required; M.A. or M.F.A. preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Intermediate understanding of the elements of advertising design
• 5 years of marketing, layout, or product design experience required.
• Marketing and branding experience preferred

• Familiarity with marketing trends within social media, affiliate marketing, emails, paid campaigns, etc.
• A basic understanding of motion graphics, preferred but not required
• Understanding of web design and UI/UX would be a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing design initiatives 
• Oversee and manage (LMA) marketing designers including their deadlines, projects, rocks, and measurables
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager and the marketing team to implement marketing vision and strategy for the website, email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns 
• Design graphics for use on social media platforms, video platforms, & websites,
• Design email newsletter campaigns
• Design and execute various marketing collateral as needed
• Assist in the design of supplemental products and various print materials as needed.
• Other duties assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary for this position is $70,000-80,000 based on education and experience
