The Product Manager plays a pivotal role within our team, overseeing the management of our product portfolio offerings. This multifaceted position encompasses various activities spanning product, pricing, market, training, and channel strategies to bolster the performance of our current offerings. Additionally, the Product Manager spearheads the assessment, validation, and launch of new products within our portfolio. The primary objective is to cultivate a resilient, customer-centric, and profitable product portfolio.
Success in this role balances strategy and planning with the daily product-related challenges and opportunities. Exceptional attention to detail and adept project management skills are essential assets for success in this role.
The overarching business goal is to drive growth and profitability across the product portfolio. Interacting with a diverse array of stakeholders and departments both internally and externally is integral to achieving success in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
· Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather feedback from customers to inform product decisions.
· Prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer needs.
Product Development and Management:
· Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with internal and external departments/resources.
· Define and maintain product specifications, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and market requirements.
· Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement or new features.
Product Training Programs:
· Develop comprehensive training materials and resources for both internal teams and external customers/partners.
· Design and deliver product training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate stakeholders on product features, benefits, and best practices.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and feedback from internal teams, clients, and partners.
· Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, gathering insights and advocating for their needs in product development and training initiatives.
· Communicate product updates, milestones, and training schedules effectively across the organization.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:
· Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of product initiatives and training programs.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess product adoption, usage patterns, and training effectiveness.
· Use data-driven insights to iterate on product strategies and training approaches, driving continuous improvement.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in product management. Product Management with a focus on portfolio management. Work experience in Graphics or Sign industries a strong plus.
Strong understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Ability to compose and communicate in a professional, succinct manner in both writing and speaking deliveries.
Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or presentations to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Solid computer skills; able to operate within Windows Office 365 (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word). Fluent with common messenger applications (e.g., Teams, Slack). Fluent with common online meeting applications (e.g., Teams, Zoom).

Travel: Employee must be able to maintain a U.S. passport. Travel up to 30%.
