Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery and equipment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our road projects.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment to include backhoe and trackhoe.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Transport materials and equipment to designated areas on the construction site
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to project specifications

Requirements:
- Experience operating trackhoe and backhoe
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL Preferred
- Strong knowledge of operating heavy machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
