    Job Details

    As a member of the team, you will contribute by:
    Performing geotechnical field investigations including Test Pits, Test Borings, Slope Reconnaissance, and hand augers.
    Drafting geotechnical engineering reports
    Preparing cost estimates and proposals (this can be left on with the understanding that this comes after we confirm the skill set)
    Performing routine tests and computations associated with geotechnical engineering, and field observations
    Performing laboratory testing and analyses in support of construction and geotechnical engineering projects
    Attending project meetings, both in-house and with clients
    Occasional travel and work in remote areas under adverse conditions
    Occasional lifting of approximately 75 pounds
    Qualifications:
    1-8 years of experience for
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related engineering field; Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related is preferred
    Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering/Engineer-In-Training (EIT) exam or scheduled
    Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
