- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering principles and practices, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
- As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting site investigations and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct geotechnical site investigations, including soil sampling, boring, and testing.
- Analyze soil and rock properties to determine their engineering characteristics.
- Design foundations, retaining walls, slopes, and other geotechnical structures.
- Prepare geotechnical reports and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and other team members to develop project plans and specifications.
- Provide on-site technical support during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Utilize geotechnical software and tools for analysis and design purposes.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in geotechnical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year.
- 3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, including field investigations and design.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software such as ROCScieve, gINT, GeoStudio, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and slope stability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
