Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineer in Training Project Manager to join our team. The Engineer in Training can be a senior with a May 2024 graduation date or preparing to take the FE exam within the next 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Engineer In Training (EIT):
· Perform engineering calculations & design;
· Preparation of geotechnical reports;
· Project and client support;
· Coordination of field explorations;
· Field logging of soil samples; and
· This position will work under the supervision of a Licensed Engineer.
· Team support to a group of 6 to oversee various aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to provide timely project execution;
· Work directly with project managers to review and process project submittals and implementation goals;
· Analyze and understand project scope and objectives including review and verification of constructability of plans and specifications; and
· Manage relationship with partners, vendors and suppliers by coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables.
Requirements:
· BS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
· Engineer in Training Certificate-Required
-Senior with May 2024 graduation date encouraged to apply
-In process or preparing to take FE exam within 6 months encouraged to apply
· Basic working knowledge of construction plans and specifications preferred
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn commercial software applications required
· Strong work ethic and possess the ability to work in a team environment is essential
· You can lift 40 to 50 pounds.

· Excellent problem solving skills
· Detail oriented and highly organized
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes
