The Customer Service/Sales Representatives will be required to provide outstanding customer service, sell and up-sell products, and provide customers support

Responsibilities Include:

- Approaching customers in a friendly, helpful and informative manner

- Providing information on Cell Phones

- Selling and up-selling products

- Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications Include:

- High school diploma or equivalent degree

- Fluent in Spanish & English

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Dedicated, motivated, perseverant approach

- Ability to comfortably provide product information and ultimately close the sale

- Engaging, energetic and dynamic attitude

- Flexibility, especially in schedule

- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays

Schedule:

- Candidate must be flexible to accommodate a changing schedule due to store hours consisting of days, evenings, weekends and some holidays. Overtime may be available.
