You are:

• Knowledgeable of the bakery ingredients, processes, procedures, and machinery.
• Experienced in food service management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant/bakery/cafe or hospitality setting.
• Experienced at production planning, team management, shift management and scheduling.
• Exceptional at attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent at interpersonal skills, communication skills, time management skills and self-motivation.
• ServSafe Manager certified.

You will:

• Produce dough/fillings, following company procedures and standards.
• Operate all bakery equipment as required, following company standards and established safety procedures.
• Manage weekly orders for efficient production.
• Supervise and maintain inventory.
• Use hands-on, side-by-side approach to train and develop all team members in accordance with company’s training standards.
• Delegate tasks to team members in their various jobs, in a way which will promote safety and quality, minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure team members follow company standards and procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
