Foreclosure Supervisor supervises personnel in the foreclosure department and ensures documents meet established rules and standards. Oversees the processing of foreclosure forms and analysis and reports on the activities of the group. Being a Foreclosure Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Foreclosure Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Job Description
The Michigan Civil Service Commission is looking for a motivated individual who is organized, goal oriented, and is interested in working in a fast-paced, professional Human Resources environment. This position will serve as a Human Resources Student Assistant performing a wide range of duties supporting the Classifications and Selections representatives, as well as the Labor Relations staff serving the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Academics focusing on Human Resources.
- Exceptional follow up and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable and self-motivated with an emphasis on attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with others on complex issues
Required Education and Experience
Current enrollment in high school, vocational or technical school, or post-secondary educational institution. Specific information on the education and experience required for difference class levels is in the job specifications for Human Resources Student Assistant class.
