Being a Foreclosure Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Foreclosure Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Foreclosure Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Resident Manager AOAO is looking for a Security Guard to join our team in Honolulu, HI.
Position Overview:
The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical strength, stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position requires a security guard who is able to perform the essential functions of this job.
Essential Functions:
- Protects property and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment by observing and controlling access at all times
- Reports all incidents to management in a timely manner. Provides assistance to personnel in need, assists in loading and unloading vehicles, assists in general maintenance of property and equipment, assists in loading/unloading trucks, assists in loading supplies/materials on/off site as needed, checks on deliveries as well as monitoring surveillance of site, assists in general upkeep of property and equipment.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a guard card to apply and previous security experience is a plus.
