The Planning Manager position involves overseeing the day to day operations of the Department of Planning. Key responsibilities include the management of the City’s code enforcement and zoning divisions in addition to oversight of permitting within the Department. The Planning Manager will ensure that processes, applications, website, and messaging are aligned with the City’s strategic objectives.
Under direction, is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Department of Planning, including, building, zoning, code enforcement, and administration. Assists the Director, as needed.
Starting Salary Range: The starting salary is between the minimum and midpoint of the range ($84,510.40 - $103,542.40 annually). Candidates will start at the minimum of the range unless their skills, experience, education or other factors exceed the qualifications for the position.
