    Chicken Guy! is currently looking for motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works together, increases profits, and provides exceptional customer service.

    As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play an integral role in all areas of operations for Chicken Guy! These areas include basic restaurant/bar operations, guest relations, employee relations, shift management and team building. You will work closely with your General Manager, learning the ins and outs of the business, with the ultimate goal of increasing profits by building sales and budgeting expenses.     • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
    • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
    • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
    • Regularly review and ensure product quality
    • Organize and supervise shifts
    • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
    • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
    • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
    • Ensure an excellent image of the restaurant
    • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
    • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
    • Promote the brand in the local community through grass roots marketing, social media, and by participating in local events
    • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
    • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations
    • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
    • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
    • Proven customer service experience
    • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
    • Familiarity with POS and third party delivery apps
    • Acute financial management skills
