- Perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment
- Assist customers with technical issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Cycle through tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion
- Suspend equipment safely for maintenance procedures
- Maintain accurate records of services provided

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a mechanic or technician is preferred
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Strong customer service skills to address client needs effectively
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools proficiently
- Knowledge of cycling equipment maintenance procedures
