Float Manager manages and leads a group of float analysts. Oversees information regarding float activities within an organization. Being a Float Manager designs and implements necessary process changes to speed check processing and reduce float time. Stays abreast of laws enacted by the Federal Reserve to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Additionally, Float Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Float Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Float Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Post Harvest Support
- Harvests approximately 1,000 plants from Grow Rooms to Dry Rooms.
- Oversees the drying and curing of cannabis.
- The Post Harvest technician is responsible for the task called “bucking” which is removing the bud from the stem once dried.
- Responsible for all machine processing and hand trimming.
- Provide quality control on cannabis plants and adhere to inventory controls.
- Accurately track all processing and product information.
- Meet production goals set by Production Manager.
- Work closely with the Production Manager and Finished Product Supervisor to ensure timely and accurate tracking and transfers of products.
- May assist in training Post Harvest Technician employees.
- Store and transport products in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of cultivation and production zones, tools, and equipment.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following OSHA regulations, organization standards and legal regulations.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Complies with and understands company operations, policies and procedures.
