Job Summary:

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will handle scheduling, check-ins/outs, and the preparation and maintenance of our services, including floats, cryotherapy, yoga, sauna, contrast therapy, and cold plunges. You will collaborate with other coordinators to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities/Prerequisites:

- High energy and strong work ethic.

- Ability to bend, stand, squat, shuffle, and lift at least 50 lbs.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and service quality.

- Willingness to clean extensively.

- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

- Independent and proactive, with a passion for wellness and personal improvement.

Additional Info:

- Starting pay: $13.00/hr. during training, with opportunities for raises, bonuses, and commissions.

- Minimum of 2-3 shifts per week (approx. 12-20 hours).

Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
