Responsibilities:
- Conduct flight training sessions for students in accordance with established curriculum and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance students' understanding of aviation principles.
- Supervise and mentor student pilots during flight operations to ensure safety and adherence to protocols.
- Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning progress.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and update training materials and curriculum.
- Utilize strong time management skills to schedule and coordinate flight lessons effectively.
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Flight Instructor required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey aviation concepts to students.
- Ability to supervise and guide student pilots during practical flight exercises.
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aviation safety protocols.
- Data analysis skills for evaluating student performance and progress.
- Experience in curriculum development for aviation training programs.
