Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     Overview

    Senior System Administrator possesses and applies advanced knowledge of systems principles, practices, and procedures related to the installation, maintenance, and support of complex IT infrastructure. We are looking for a knowledgeable and skilled System Administrator to join our Global Systems Team and apply a broad knowledge of abilities to tackle exciting strategic challenges and elevate ongoing support for systems around the world.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize best practices to install, configure, and maintain data center infrastructure hardware & software platforms; Analyze and resolve problems associated with data center operations
    • Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows & Linux)
    • Install, configure, and maintain enterprise server virtualization systems (VMware)
    • Install, configure, and maintain enterprise storage systems
    • Install, configure and maintain enterprise data protection systems
    • Manage cloud-based Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) & Platform as a Service (PaaS) for AWS & Azure
    • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware maintenance, and resource optimization. Configure CPU, memory, and disk allocation as necessary to maintain optimal performance of applications & systems
    • Manage both cloud-based and on-premises Enterprise Communications Systems
    • Perform project tasks and support assignments. Ensure that all work items are appropriately tracked with the IT Service Management (ITSM) system and meet or exceed established OLAs and SLAs
    • Respond to and address ITSM incidents escalated by other IT Teams and/or users and meet ITSM SLAs
    • Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure the accuracy of system SOPs
    • Gather requirements/functional specifications for business applications, projects, and processes
    • Ensure system changes conform to established change control standards
    • Learn new technologies as appropriate – maintain current training for relevant systems and consistently seek to add to and improve existing skillset
    • Participate in On-Call rotation for after-hours support of the global infrastructure

    Qualifications

    • Must currently live in Utah or Idaho or be willing to relocate to either of these states (role will be homebased)
    • Advanced knowledge of data center hardware, server hardware (preferably Cisco UCS), and Server Operating Systems (Windows Server and RHEL)
    • Advanced understanding of data center virtualization technologies, including VMware Suite of products (ESXi, vCenter, Horizon, VROps, etc.)
    • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Design & Operations
    • Proficient in managing enterprise communication systems including Microsoft Exchange/O365 & Microsoft Teams
    • Proficient in managing Enterprise-class Storage Arrays along with common SAN Protocols
    • Strong knowledge of data protection systems
    • Proficient in deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure within Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure
    • Possesses a degree of creativity to design on-the-fly solutions to complex problems.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills for both written and verbal.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize workloads within a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to create and follow SOPs
    • BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
    • Relevant industry certifications for Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, AWS, Linux, etc.
    • At least 5 years of practical professional experience
