Your duties will include registering vehicles, scheduling repair appointments, tracking repair needs, and working with various fleet management platforms such as Fleetio, WEX, and Samsara.

Additionally, the role requires punctuality, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset, as well as the ability to work extended hours when necessary. A good driving record and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet a large portion of the day are preferred. Traveling between Victor's buildings in a variety of cities will be required, with potential for all-day travel on any given shift.

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented nature
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and Google email
• Capacity to be on your feet a large portion of the day, with the alternate ability to focus concentration on various tasks such as computer work, fleet input, filing records, and recording invoices
• Proficiency in driving small and large vans
• Familiarity with creating and working with organization charts (needed for fleet systems)
• Ability to learn and understand basic knowledge of vehicle devices and common issues
• Understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and preventative maintenance costs OR the ability to learn these details quickly
• Experience in administration or a related field

This position is FULL TIME in office. This person will drive a few times a week and potentially over long distances and back, however very infrequently. Please consider all things associated with a fast paced business and fluid assignments. This is a small team that counts on each other to be successful.
