Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to inspire and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals. As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead our group fitness classes, ensuring a safe, engaging, and effective workout for all participants.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead our specific group fitness classes
• Deliver high-energy, fun, and safe workouts for participants of all fitness levels.
• Provide modifications and variations to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
• Educate participants on proper form, technique, and safe exercise practices.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all members.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area.
• Stay up-to-date with fitness trends and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Engage with members, providing encouragement and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Assist with promoting classes and special events to increase member participation.

Requirements:

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience teaching group fitness classes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialty certifications in specific fitness disciplines offered by our gym (e.g., strength training, HIIT, yoga).
• Experience working in a boutique gym or similar setting.
• Knowledge of current fitness trends and best practices.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
