Fire Fighter is responsible for rapid response to fires, accidents, and other emergencies to protect people, property, and the environment. Works with firefighting teams to control and extinguish fires and safely manage hazardous materials. Being a Fire Fighter performs search and rescue, responds to auto accidents, and provides emergency medical services. Uses and operates fire tools, equipment and apparatus as effectively and safely as possible. Additionally, Fire Fighter performs routine maintenance and inspection of firefighting equipment and gear to ensure proper condition and preparedness for emergencies. Prepares post-incident reports as required. May participate in fire safety education and inspection activities. Typically is required to pass periodic physical ability tests. May require registry in NREMT. May require an associate degree in fire science. Requires Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Basic. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fire Fighter works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     Business Developement - Retired Fire Fighter work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm.

    As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property.

    The Business Developement - Retired Fire Fighter will develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner.

    • Base commission. Our current Business Developement - Retired Fire Fighter yearly pay range from $52,000 to $100,000 depending on their production.

    No limit to earning potential.

    Team Qualifications (Requirements) :

    • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
    • Proficient with a variety of current technology
    • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
    • Sound planning and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
    • Relevant experience
