The Fine Dining Production Chef 2 is responsible for maintaining principles of proper food production in the preparation of foods according to established recipes and procedures. As a Chef 2, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other department employees to create delicious and healthy meals for our residents. All OceanView employees are responsible for providing the highest quality of service and hospitality to our residents and their families, co-workers, vendors and all visitors.
Duties include and are not limited to:
· Following recipes accurately
· Preparing fresh and healthy meals for our residents and staff
· Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen and dishwashing rooms
· Stocking supplies as needed
· Following all food safety guidelines
· Completing required paperwork thoroughly
· Maintaining and administering side work, cleaning schedule and checklists

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
