Financial Assistant (Public) provides assistance to the Public Financial Associates. Assists in the financing of taxable and tax-exempt bonds. Being a Financial Assistant (Public) prepares business reports, proposals, and presentations. Coordinates meetings and communications between all parties involved with transactions. Additionally, Financial Assistant (Public) verifies compliance with NASD and other regulations and completes all required filings for a deal. Familiar with underwriting policies, practices, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Financial Assistant (Public) works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team already awesome team here at Farm Bureau. The office assistant position consists of a broad variety of office tasks as well as reception. Insurance experience is not necessary, and training will be provided on the job. Along with a great attitude, we need a task-oriented person that has strong computer skills as well as good communication skills. Organizational skills also a must! No specific software knowledge is necessary.
