DUTIES

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Lead a team of two analysts in the development and reporting of the annual budget, monthly actuals/forecast and rolling 5-year plan for the North America Region.
• Analyze the trends of key performance indicators, especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, margins and cash flow. Monitor and identify causes of unexpected variances.
• Present monthly and quarterly financial reports for the region and business units to the NA and Italy Leadership Team.
• Identify and implement business intelligence tools and dashboards to aid in the day-to-day management of the business.
• Manage the SG&A tracking and cost variance analysis vs budget and forecast on monthly basis.
• Perform adhoc business analytics and reporting upon request.
• Assists external and internal auditors as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR OTHER SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in applicable field
• 6 years of applicable leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as general computer skills. Power BI or AI experience a plus.
• Ideal candidate would have previous experience with an integrated ERP system, specifically SAP. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Strong communication skills (Spanish/ Italian language skills are a plus).
