Field Service Supervisor oversees field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. Schedules and trains field service representatives. - Utilize construction management software (such as Prolog or Primavera) to track project progress and maintain accurate records.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using construction management software (such as Prolog or Primavera).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and contract documents.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
