QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline and/or a minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial leadership role
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projects
• Ability to effectively lead a team and produce positive outcomes
• Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills including the ability to interact professionally within all levels of our company
