Tri-Valley Transit provides critical transportation to our communities and cares about our employees. We’re looking for a motivated team member to provide supervision and support to our drivers as a Field Operations Supervisor.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Driver field observations
• Coach drivers on safety, customer service & regulations
• Assistance with training
• Substitute driving
• Scheduling
• Providing support to the Operations Manager

Requirements:

• CDL Class C with Passenger Endorsement is required, onsite training is available for the right candidate
• Ability to be on call
• Computer proficiency
• Must pass required background checks and Drug/Alcohol testing
• Confidentiality
