We are currently seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the Field Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HVAC projects and service operations. If you have hands-on experience with rooftop units, VRF systems, boilers, and cooling towers, and are passionate about delivering top-notch HVAC solutions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to our field personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Technical Expertise: Assist field personnel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment and components, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct project quality assessments, meticulously documenting quality checkpoints, pressure tests, vacuum holds, and equipment start-up procedures.
- Training: Offer on-site technical support and training to enhance the skills of our team.
- Planning: Collaborate with team leaders to develop weekly project plans, including labor tasks and materials requirements.
- Estimation: Estimate time and materials needed for work and coordinate material deliveries to job sites.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports, ensuring clear and concise communication both orally and in writing.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards on all projects.
- Organization: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a clean driver's record, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Meeting Participation: Attend meetings as required.
Qualifications
- HVAC Mastery: Extensive knowledge of HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation principles and practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with HVAC service and installation methods, equipment, tools, and standard practices.
- Mechanical Expertise: Profound understanding of various mechanical systems and electrical/control systems related to the HVAC trade.
- System Insights: In-depth knowledge of operating and repair characteristics of various HVAC systems.
- Craftsmanship: Mastery of welding and fabrication techniques.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Communication: Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when required.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical activities, including standing, sitting, kneeling/squatting, and lifting to 75 lbs.
