The Field Operations Supervisor will use their knowledge and experience to supervise the installations, trouble tickets of customers, the scheduling of Installation technicians, and maintenance on customer services on a true fiber to the home network. This will include coordination of workload, team building, training, process development with management, emergency outage management, and making sure the customers are connected on the scheduled date. They must also be able to comprehend reports, effectively communicate with customers, and make recommendations about where improvements can be made.
Work will be performed under the general direction and supervision of the Field Operations Manager. The Field Operations Supervisor will directly coordinate with in-house and contract resources to ensure that company objectives are achieved and that all deadlines are met. They must be able to multi-task and provide quick responses to installations and Service drop related issues. The Field Supervisor must know how to coordinate and adjust resources to ensure that employees, contractors, and materials are utilized most effectively.
The candidate must have a good aptitude for using software and computers to generate reports, manage installations, trouble tickets, and work orders.
