The National Field Operations Manager has a large part to play in advancing our mission, by overseeing day-to-day Service Delivery for the division. The National Field Operations Manager will do this through:

• Supporting, adhering to, and enforcing company policies
• Oversee facilitation and resolution of client concerns from the field level
• Provide input to the strategic direction of the department, and help implement tactical plans to deliver results
• Management, leadership, and professional development of the field operations team
• Hiring and on-boarding new employees with assistance from HR and leadership support
• Supports the Sales & Business Development Team to achieve mutually beneficial objectives
• Management and oversight end-to-end National field operations, to coincide with company policy
• Establishing and promoting positive relationships with vendors, service partners, and clients
• Timely cooperative collaboration with other company departments including the executive team
• Support division’s income statement and PnL performance to budget
• Report enhancement sales and operations metrics to Leadership
• Reports all incidents, accidents, and injuries immediately to safety
• Always represent the company and brand in a positive manner
• Continue to develop and improve skills and techniques through a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry.
• Travel – as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of two-year degree in business related field (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent experience
• Must be willing and able to travel (travel days may vary)
• Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Be punctual and reliable
• Accountability to themselves and to their team
• Ownership of job
