Fast Food Assistant Manager assists in the management of operations at a fast food restaurant. Oversees staffing, customer service, inventory control, cash reporting, employee training, and safety. Being a Fast Food Assistant Manager monitors product inventory levels, prepares forecasts, and orders ingredients and supplies as needed. Ensures compliance with food industry regulatory guidelines and company product quality standards. Additionally, Fast Food Assistant Manager may recruit and train restaurant employees. Handles escalated customer complaints. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Fast Food Assistant Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Fast Food Assistant Manager typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. - Create and manage a project management tool (Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Meet weekly to review the analytics and what's performing well / not well
- Schedule and meet weekly with client to go over the calendar, to-do lists, projects, outstanding tasks, etc
- Work closely with the graphic designer to utilize the Canva collages and templates
- Organize documents
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to all aspects of content and scheduling post daily Monday-Friday
- Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with potential to increase to 20 hours.
