Duties:
- Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and events from start to finish
- Coordinate all logistical aspects including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for events
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of venues, hotels, restaurants, and catering services
- Experience in events management including logistics coordination
