Works with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations. Being an Expeditor typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Expeditor work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. THE ROLE
The Production Expeditor will coordinate and expedite the flow within the production departments. They will coordinate with department managers to distribute work and determine completion schedules.
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing environment
