    The Purpose:

    We are currently looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual to add to the Show Service Team. You must be highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. It is crucial for you to be a quick learner and a spirited individual with a willingness to grow within Czarnowski. This role is a hybrid role of show services (60-70%) and office manager duties (30-40%).

    The Job:

    • Populate and organize deadline dates and booth information in various Excel spreadsheets and internal operating systems.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with all vendors to receive accurate quotes for outside services as needed. This includes but is not limited to transportation, rental furniture, forklift equipment, flooring, lighting and AV, etc. with direction from the Account Team.
    • Schedule and help lead status meetings between the logistics department, on-site supervisors, and Account Team.
    • Assist in creating and updating pre-season, pre-show and post-show budgets and variance reports with accurate pricing and quotes from show kits and preferred vendors.
    • Complete all booth space contracts for the entire show program, acting as a liaison between the Czar legal team and show/venue management when reviewing contracts.
    • Order all services for upcoming Automotive Shows, Private Events and Semi-permanent installations. Submit all floorplans, electrical layouts, insurance, and permits as needed.
    • Compile and ship all show reference materials to the appropriate supervisor prior to each show or event.
    • Work with different Czarnowski city/field services managers to arrange and manage operational logistics for each event.
    • Research and download key information regarding Automotive Shows for specific Automotive clients.
    • Generate Project ID numbers in D365.
    • Submit billing and invoices to Accounts Payable for payment.
    • Collect, review and submit new vendor forms.
    • Perform general Office Manager duties, including but not limited to:
      • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
      • Maintain and order promo materials when needed
      • Maintain kitchen and order beverages and groceries as needed. This includes emptying/running dishwasher daily and emptying coffee machine
      • Coordinate and purchase breakfast for office on Thursdays
      • Maintain restrooms (stock toiletries, medicine, etc. and refill soap dispensers)
      • Maintain office mailbox and distribution of mail

    The Person:

    • Overall knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a team environment while working under deadlines.
    • Exemplary time management capabilities coupled with an ambitious work ethic.
    • Candidate must be able to flourish in a multi-faceted, rotating daily workload
    • Willingness to answer calls and emails at extended hours, including possible nights and weekends occasionally.
    • Readiness and ability to travel to event or show site to provide logistical and show service support when deemed necessary (< 10%).
    • The candidate must be willing to be based in the Czarnowski Plano office with work-from-home Fridays.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
