Responsibilities include the following essential functions:

• Lead and manage the estimating team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Develop accurate and competitive project bids through comprehensive analysis and understanding of customer requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost estimations
• Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to provide strategic insight
• Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuing compliance with customer specifications and project requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication estimating, with a strong understanding of industry processes.
• Excellent Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. (Knowledge of EPICOR/VANTAGE a definite plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range:

• $120,000 - $130,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
