Our client, Premier Tooling & Manufacturing is looking for candidate to join their team in Sales and Estimating to assist in their machine shop located in Peosta, Iowa.  Their main duties include expanding sales revenue, profitability and increase market share by establishing, maintaining, and expanding current accounts while maintaining current business, quoting and winning new business.

Essential Functions:

• Provide quotes to a wide variety of customers in the areas of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, machining, die design, die build, die maintenance and die changes.
• Communicate customer requirements and standards to appropriate internal personnel and suppliers.
• Develop, grow and maintain working relationships with customers.
• Provide documented quotes that capture all costs and timing using standardized quote forms and methods.
• Reconcile quote documents with final job cost reports to gain data to use for future quoting purposes and process improvement of existing work.
• Use and maintain a CRM Program and follow up with customers on all quotes.
  

Skills:

• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer knowledge including Excel and Word.
• Possess an understanding of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly & tooling design and build.
• Experience in stamping & tooling industries.
• Possess sales and marketing skills, knowledge and ability.
• Ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, etc.
• Work relentlessly to grow the business.
