Succession Wealth Planning has over 30 years of combined professional experience and a staff committed to the highest standard of client care. Due to the growth of their practice, they are adding a Director of Planning to support two very successful advisors with their most complex client investments and financial plans.
This position is Full-Time (40 hours/week with flexible hours) and is offered as a remote, in-office, or hybrid role.
Role Description:
Reviews portfolios and the overall financial picture of current and potential clients to identify where our team can add value and enable clients to achieve their goals. Conducts research and provides recommendations for public and private investments to be included in client portfolios. Provides ongoing asset allocation guidance regarding internal asset allocation models. Joins advisors in client meetings to provide insight on team recommendations, investment expertise, etc.
The ideal candidate will be accountable, analytical, detail-oriented, efficient, and professional. Must be able to work well in both a self-directed manner and collaborative team environment. The candidate must be able to deliver an exceptional client service experience.
