Our small but growing estate planning and business planning law firm is looking for an Associate Attorney who enjoys our field of law and would like their work to help make a positive difference for clients.

Job Description:

• Meet with prospective clients
• Prepare, review, and execute estate planning documents
• Assist in living trust funding
• Handle all probate and trust estate settlements
• Conduct Medicaid long-term care planning, including emergency and pre-planning
• Prepare business formations and other related business documents

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-7 years of experience in estate and business planning
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Passion for providing quality service to clients
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proficient in computer systems and willing to learn new software
• Team player with exceptional organizational abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Willingness to engage in prospecting and marketing activities

Base salary plus bonus compensation structure, generous paid time off, retirement plan with match
