Enterprise Operations Manager manages the daily activities of an enterprise IT operations unit and its equipment. Responsible for planning and achieving budgets, goals, and business objectives. Being an Enterprise Operations Manager implements and maintains enterprise-wide IT system tools and ensures scalability. Follows established operating policies to mitigate risk. Additionally, Enterprise Operations Manager typically responsible for one or more of the following responsibilities: information systems operations activities, computer operations, data entry, data control, operations support, or operating systems programming. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Enterprise Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an Enterprise Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Purpose

    Manage Enterprise- based projects and events. Critical to the success of this role is the ability work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders while continuously delivering project management excellence to drive efficiency and effectiveness while meeting company goals.

    Main Responsibilities

    Enterprise Operations Project Management

    • Lead and oversee project management for Enterprise team operational initiatives, such as Customer Plans, ensuring completion of milestones and full understanding of project scope by all participants.
    • Blend traditional project management principles and practices with an agile approach for strategic-level projects.
    • Create processes and project plans while considering internal customer and BU requirements.
    • Understands the company strategy and company vision and an internal drive for delivery continuous improvements.
    • Lead through influence and communicate to all levels within the company.
    • Conduct regular project meetings and communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to relevant stakeholders.


    Experience Required

    * Experience required:5 years' experience in related field.
    * Experience managing cross-functional teams. Self-directed with ability to build team work on shared projects and goals.
    * Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, solid organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, proven project management and analytical thinking skills.
    * Proficient in Project Management tools (Monday.com or SmartSheet).
    * Preferred, but not mandatory, Six Sigma Certification.

    Education

    - Education: Bachelor's degree required.
