Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, relationship-focused Enrollment and Match Support Specialist to provide ongoing support and supervision to our volunteer mentors ("Bigs"), mentees ("Littles"), and their families. This position is also responsible for implementing all screening and enrollment protocols for volunteers, youth and families to determine program eligibility. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, self-manage their work and meet regular benchmarks, as well as collaborate on cross-functional projects.

Salary/Hours:
32 – 40 hours per week, flexible/hybrid schedule
Nonexempt, Hourly Rate Range based on experience and qualifications: $21 - $25 per hour
