Enrollment & Billing Representative is responsible for the accurate enrollment and billing process for an insurance organization. Maintains related documents, updates corresponding records and responsible for enrollment and billing query. Being an Enrollment & Billing Representative requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Enrollment & Billing Representative possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Position Overview:
Works directly with the insurance company, healthcare provider, and possibly the patient to get a claim processed and paid. Required to review and appeal all unpaid and denied claims. We use Advanced MD, Clinix and MOD MED/EMA PM systems.

If you are hired at DBA, we ask that you initially work the schedule of your trainer. After you have completed your training period, typically 30 days, your scheduled hours can be anywhere between 7 and 5:30, depending on the department. We pay you for 2-15 minute breaks and ask you to clock out for a 30 minute lunch break.
Our team wears scrubs and sneakers and we provide 2 sets of scrubs after you have worked with us for a couple of weeks. You are welcome to wear the company t-shirt we provide with jeans on Thursdays and Fridays.
