Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Energy Partners is looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail environment and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work independently or as an effective part of a team.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

• Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Be able to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned.
• Be able to follow all company policies and procedures.
• Be comfortable working with financial customers.
• Be comfortable working with co-workers from all departments.
• Be comfortable talking on the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
