Energy Dispatch Director directs the real-time operations of energy dispatch centers. Responsible for ongoing transmission and distribution of energy. Being an Energy Dispatch Director aware of generation expectations and is responsible for minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency and economy. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Energy Dispatch Director demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to a top management. The Energy Dispatch Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Energy Dispatch Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     - We take care of ordering and shipping the materials to the Job Site.

    - We have a permitting department that can submit permits (STATES WILL VARY)

    - We can pull both building and electrical permits but depending on the AHJ and State we would need help pulling Electrical Permits.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Site inspection

    2. Pulling permits (GHS will pay the fees separately)

    3. Utility interconnection and rebate (if applicable) application to Homeowner’s utility company or cooperative

    4. Installation (including but not limited to): (GHS will provide all materials except wiring, conduit or concrete if a ground mount installation)

    a) Installation of racking system, panels, inverters, electrical

    b) Attending final inspection

    c) Setting up monitoring system

    d) Signing home owner completion form

    e) Taking before and after pictures

    f) Subcontractor agrees to provide an active certificate of insurance showing general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000

    g) Subcontractor agrees to complete and return a W-9 form

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Cost budgeting analysis with analyzed deliverables

    3 years of Solar experience is required

    Electrical Contractor or HIC/General Contractor License is preferred

    Residential Solar Experience required

    Ability to work in heights and on roofs/ladders

    Valid Driver's License

    Ability to work in various weather conditions/extreme environments (hot attics, heat, wind, cold/icy weather, etc.)

    Ability to lift 50 lbs

    Ability to follow safety/OSHA guidelines

    Ability to work safely with power tools

    PLUSSES

    OSHA 10 Certified or OSHA 30 Certified

    Certifications on PV Solar Installations

    SolarEdge Certifications on installing & troubleshooting their products.

    Enphase Certification on installing & troubleshooting their products.

    SUPPLEMENTAL PAY TYPES

    We pay 80% of the total install amount after the system is installed, passes final inspection and shows production on the online monitoring system.

    We pay 20% of the install amount after the system receives Permission To Operate from the Homeowner’s Utilityand shows production on the online monitoring system.

    Some States will vary on payout structure

    - Traveling will be up to you. We can send jobs that are Local or send jobs that are 1 hrs away

    Experience:

    Residential PV Solar Installations : 3 years (Preferred)

    Communication skills: 3 years (Preferred)

    Organizational skills: 3 years (Preferred)

    MPUs, Electrical work: 3 years (Required)

    Work Location: Depending on the radius Installer is willing to cover.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $15,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
