Our fast-paced financial firm, Southern Kentucky Financial Services, in Bowling Green, KY is seeking to add a Client Service Administrator to our team! The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.

    Job Description : The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes / withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, preparing the main advisor for his / her review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery. Key Skills :

    Minimum Requirements :

    • Financial Industry experience preferred
    • Experience working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
    • Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
    • CRM experience

    Responsibilities :

    This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments.

    Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include :

    • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
    • Maintain CRM notes / activities / client data input
    • Be the first point of contact for prospects and clients
    • Maintain the lobby area and the client experience during visits (snacks, drinks, conversation during wait times)
    • Complete each service request and resolve client issues
    • Maintain client files, including electronic filing of confidential client documents
    • Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
    • Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
    • Assist in setting client appointments
    • Managing incoming and outgoing mail / packages
    • Managing the company shared e-mail box
    • Assist the Advisor with calendar management
    • Provide support with invoice payments / supply inventory maintenance and orders
    • Facilitate the staff training details (order food, maintain the phones while we’re training, etc.)
    • Other administrative tasks as needed

    Salary : $20-$25 / HR BOE Benefits
