Responsibilities / Duties

Multimedia Production

• Video Production: Film and edit bi-weekly video podcasts, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery.
• Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics and multimedia content for various digital platforms.
• Content Creation: Write and edit content for videos, social media, and other digital channels.
• Project Management: Manage multiple content production projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and organize digital media assets, ensuring all content meets the company’s quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with company goals.

General Duties

• Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist with high-priority marketing projects and annual conferences, providing multimedia support.
• Adaptability: Adapt to evolving role requirements, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the organization's goals.
• Professionalism: Embrace NEI Core Values with a “can-do” attitude, be dependable, foster a positive and productive team environment, and meet established deadlines.

Qualifications

• Work Ethic: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Learning Mindset: Passionate about learning and driven to do great work as a matter of conviction
• Experience: Proven experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro and After Effects) or Davinci Resolve.
• Design Skills: Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating engaging multimedia content (include samples in portfolio)
• Writing Ability: Excellent writing and editing abilities [preferred].
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members across different departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
