Job Summary:

The director of clinical services is a high-level position with the primary responsibility of ensuring that healthcare staff have the essential resources to treat patients well. As the Director Of Clinical Services, you will help in guiding the clinical and medical operations of the company! By establishing policies, setting goals, developing procedures, evaluating staff performance, and creating reports and budgets, the director of clinical services helps ensure efficient operations so that medical personnel can worry less about administrative activities and focus on meeting patients’ needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in nursing, with a combination of acute care and home health care/public health preferable.
• Prior supervisory/management experience.
• CPR certified.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
