Spherion is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Electronics Assemblers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various electronic components such as relays, switches, connectors, and solenoids. Attention to detail and dexterity are essential as you will be working with small parts to ensure the accuracy and quality of our products.
Various Shifts are available.
First Shift: 7:00 am-3:30 pm
Second Shift 3:00 pm-11:30 pm
Third Shift: 11:00 pm-7:30 am
Responsibilities- Perform assembly of electronic components according to established procedures and specifications.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in electronics assembly preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work various shifts as needed.

Qualifications- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to stand for a full 8 hour shift.
