Elite Electric is a leading provider of electrical services in Portland Oregon. We seek a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee electrical trade operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and an understanding of electrical systems. As the Operations Manager, you will be crucial in optimizing efficiency, managing resources, and ensuring the highest quality and safety standards across all projects.

Responsibilities: 

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the electrical trade division, including project planning, resource allocation, and workflow management.

- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and field staff to ensure timely and successful project completion within budgetary constraints.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to support company-wide goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in electrical trade operations

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
