EHR Project Manager, Sr. jobs in Texas

Senior Project Manager/Project Architect manages the project through all phases of the project. PM/PA works closely with the Project Director or Interior Project Director and the design staff. The PM/PA is responsible for the quality of work on the project, maintaining project deadlines, and coordination of the work of the staff and consultants. Project Architect requires a state license.

Responsibilities:

 Managing predesign ensuring owner provided items are provided

 Assigning project tasks to the project team

 Point of contact for the Client, keep the client informed of all project developments

 Maintaining the project plan

 Design of the project

 Ensure accurate and complete As-builts

 Site Analysis

 Ensure owner program requirements are defined and met

 Coordination with the consultant team

 Specifications

 Life Safety and Code review; compliance with code requirements

 Delivery of the project as per the approved schedule

 Design Development Phase of the project

 Construction Documents Phase of the project

 Managing consultant meetings and coordination

 Addressing comments from the AHJ during permitting

 Manage and completing the bidding process

 Work with the Construction Administrator during construction to maintain quality of the project

 Participate in project closeout

 Participate in Business Development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
