EHR Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of EHR (electronic health record) software applications. Oversees all aspects of projects. Being an EHR Project Manager sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Additionally, EHR Project Manager prepares project status reports. Requires Epic, Cerner, or similar product certification. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EHR Project Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Position Summary:
The TFP Housing Program Manager’s primary responsibilities include building housing partnerships at all levels of care, coordinating availability of housing that match participant needs, and the development and implementation of a transitional housing program for survivors of human trafficking. Participant needs range from emergency shelter to long term housing. The housing manager will work closely with Case Managers to understand participant needs and increase awareness and access to available housing resources.
The Housing Program Manager reports to the Program Director.

Compensation:
The annual salary range is $48,000 - $56,000 depending on experience. Benefits include a $500/month health reimbursement for employees; all regular, full-time employees accrue PTO time at a rate of 176 hours per year or 14.67 hours per month their first year; a mental health day each quarter; 9 holidays and a week-long Winter Break at the end of the year; there is a potential 1-time moving stipend.
